1. Sending and handling.

Free shipping for all items. All standard orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. Shipping times vary depending on where you live and shipping method.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is placed and shipped. The goods will have tracking information. In some cases, unexpected delays may occur. If there are prolonged delays in processing your order, we will notify you by email.

3. Order changes and cancellations.

Please note that your order and any information contained therein cannot be changed or cancelled once processed or sent. We understand that sometimes you may want to cancel an order or change your mind, so if you receive an item you do not want, you can return it for exchange or refund; see our Returns Policy for procedures. 4. The delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.

We are not responsible for returns or packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Make sure you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order.


If an order is not received by the carrier and returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will refund the order (excluding shipping and handling fees) or resend the order and charge the actual shipping costs.

5. International transport.

We ship it all over the world. We can ship to almost any address in the world. Please note that some products have restrictions and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Return policy

All our products come with 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product to us within 30 days and we will issue a full refund. We will refund shipping costs only if it is an error of ours (wrong item shipped, shipping damage). The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning items, unless the wrong item is shipped, in which case we will refund the shipping costs.


Returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which will be issued upon request, and must be sent prepaid. If material or manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer customer a discount on freight.


The warranty period is 12 months from the original date of purchase. Replacement items, even if shipped, will not reset or extend the warranty in any way. All faultless returns must be in condition of new and resale. If the customer does not wish to exchange the item, a replenishment fee of 20% may be applied.


If you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately. We can cancel your order if you request. However, if your order has been shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (including original freight, handling and delivery charges).
